1. General These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through shop.aesthetic-skinstudio.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Services We offer skincare products and professional skincare services. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

3. Pricing All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Delivery We deliver within Belgium and the EU. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details on your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

6. Liability Aesthetic Skin Studio BV is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages resulting from misuse of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Hasselt, Belgium.
