Shipping Destinations We ship within Belgium and the European Union.

Delivery Times Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
