Right of Withdrawal As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unopened and in their original packaging
Unused and in the same condition as received

How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at aesthetic-skinstudio@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
